S00 direct starter for 60 mm busbar panels
The 3RA2110-1GH15-1BB4 is a SIRIUS direct (on-line) starter in size S00, designed to snap onto 60 mm busbar systems — a common layout in modular distribution panels where the busbar carries the main supply and each starter clips on without additional wiring to the bus. It ships as a pre-assembled unit: a 3RT2015-2BB41 contactor, a thermal (bimetallic) overload relay, a 3RA2911-2AA00 link module, and a 8US1251-5DT11 busbar adapter — so the BOM line covers the whole motor branch, not just the contactor.
Mounting and clearances for panel layout
The starter snaps vertically onto the busbar; dimensions are 155 mm deep, 45 mm wide, 260 mm tall — the width is the tight constraint when spacing multiple starters side by side on the same busbar. Minimum clearance around the unit: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downwards, and 0 mm backwards — the zero backward clearance means it can sit flush against the panel backplane, saving depth.
Termination and ambient limits
Spring-loaded terminals on the main current circuit — no screw tightening needed, which speeds up wiring and avoids loose-connection callbacks on vibration-prone lines. Operates from -20 to +60 °C with temperature compensation built into the overload relay, so it holds its trip curve across the panel's internal temperature swing without manual derating.
