Panel fit and what's in the box
The 3RA2110-1GS15-1BB4: The supplied contactor is a 3RT2015-2BB41, the link module is 3RA2911-2AA00, and the busbar adapter is 8US1251-5DS11. It snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems — the fastening method is a clip-on, not a screw-down, so panel assembly time drops. The enclosure envelope is 45 mm wide by 155 mm deep by 212 mm tall, with a vertical mounting position specified. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downwards, and zero backwards. That backwards-zero spec means the back of the unit can sit flush against the panel backplate — useful when the enclosure depth is tight.
Motor duty — the ratings that decide the load
Operating frequency is 50/60 Hz. That's the standard for general-purpose motor starting where the acceleration time is under 10 seconds. The overload is thermal bimetallic, so it tracks the motor's I²t heating curve naturally without an electronic module. Main circuit connections are spring-loaded terminals — no screw torque to verify, no vibration loosening over time. The design is assignment type 1, meaning the starter coordinates with a separate upstream short-circuit protection device (typically a circuit-breaker or fuse) that is not included.
Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, storage and transport range is -50 to +80 °C.
