The Siemens 3RA2110-1JD16-1AP6 is a SIRIUS 3RA2 non-fused motor starter, assembled as a direct starter combining a contactor and a thermal bimetallic overload relay in one unit. It ships with the 3RT2016-1AP61 contactor, the 3RA1921-1DA00 link module, and the 8US1251-5DS10 busbar adapter — everything needed to snap onto a 60 mm busbar system and start a motor load. Rated for AC-3 duty up to 690 V, this size S00 feeder delivers 4 kW at 400 V (5 hp at 460/480 V, 7.5 hp at 575/600 V). The thermal bimetallic overload is field-adjustable and compensates for ambient temperature shifts across the -20 to +60 °C operating range. Pollution degree 3 (industrial environment) and a vertical-only mounting position are baked into the design; no derating needed when installed per the spec.
Snaps directly onto 60 mm busbar systems via the supplied busbar adapter — no additional mounting plate needed. Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 200 mm high, 155.1 mm deep, fitting standard S00 feeder slots in Siemens SIRIUS panels. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side; zero clearance forwards or backwards.
