Active production — no EOL signal on this SIRIUS S00 starter
The 3RA2110-1KD17-1BB4: The starter ships as a factory-matched assembly: the supplied contactor is 3RT2017-1BB41 and the link module is 3RA1921-1DA00. No separate ordering or field-matching of contactor to breaker is needed — the package is coordinated for the S00 frame.
12 A AC-3 at 400 V — motor switching capacity for 5.5 kW class
The AC-3 rating is the load-bearing spec for motor switching — it covers starting inrush and breaking the stalled-rotor current, not just continuous thermal current. For high-inertia loads that need a longer acceleration ramp, a Class 20 or Class 30 starter would be the better fit. The control coil is rated 24 V DC, matching the standard PLC and industrial I/O supply rail. No AC coil rectifier or separate control transformer is needed when the panel already runs 24 VDC — a common setup in modern control cabinets.
Snaps onto 60 mm busbars — S00 footprint for compact panels
Designed for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems, the S00 size feeder occupies 45 mm width on the DIN rail or busbar mount. The depth is 155 mm and height 203 mm — the vertical mounting position is mandatory for proper thermal performance of the overload relay. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downwards, and 0 mm backwards. The zero backward clearance means the starter can sit flush against a back panel or busbar support without additional spacing — useful when packing multiple feeders in a row. Main circuit connections use screw-type terminals — field-wiring friendly with standard screwdrivers, no special crimp tooling required. The operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, covering most indoor panel environments; storage range extends to -50 to +80 °C for site storage before commissioning.
