The 3RA2110-4AD18-1AP6 is a SIRIUS non-fused motor starter in a direct starter design — no reversing contactor, no soft-start logic, just the contactor and overload in one package for simple across-the-line starting. Size S00 load feeder — the smallest SIRIUS frame — keeps the panel width to 45 mm and depth to 155.1 mm, with a total height of 200 mm. Mounts by snapping directly onto 60 mm busbar systems — no DIN rail adapter needed, which saves a row of rail and speeds up assembly in busbar-fed distribution panels. Mounting position is vertical only; clearance above the unit is 20 mm and below is 10 mm, with 9 mm to the side — tight enough for dense busbar layouts but plan the 20 mm upward for heat rise from the bimetallic element.
Integrated contactor and link module included
Ships with the 3RT2018-1AP61 contactor and 3RA1921-1DA00 link module already assembled — one order code, one stock-keeping unit, no separate contactor and overload to match. The supplied contactor handles the AC-3 switching duty up to 690 V; the link module connects the overload output to the contactor coil circuit so the starter drops out on overload without auxiliary wiring. For the MRO storeroom, this is a fast mover — one line item replaces three separate part numbers (contactor, overload relay, link), simplifying the min/max stock level.
