The 3RA2115-0BE15-1FB4: The starter ships as a pre-assembled unit: a 3RT2015-2FB41 contactor, a 3RA2911-2AA00 link module, and a 3RV2011-0BA25 circuit breaker — all factory-matched for coordination.
Protection design and trip characteristics
Short-circuit protection is handled by a magnetic trip integrated into the supplied circuit breaker, sized S00 to match the contactor frame. The switching contact is electromechanical, rated for AC-3 and AC-3e duty up to 690 V maximum, with an operating frequency of 50 to 60 Hz.
Mounting and panel integration
Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 20 mm at the side — plan panel layout accordingly for heat dissipation and wiring access. Main current circuit termination uses spring-loaded terminals — no screw tightening needed, which speeds wiring and resists loosening under vibration.
Environmental limits and storage
Rated for operation from -20 to +60 °C with temperature compensation active across that range — suitable for unheated plant floors or enclosure interiors near process heat. Storage and transport tolerance spans -50 to +80 °C, covering most warehouse and shipping conditions without special handling.
