SIRIUS direct online starter for 60 mm busbar panels
The 3RA2115-0EH15-1FB4: It ships as a pre-assembled kit: a 3RT2015-2FB41 contactor, a 3RA2911-2AA00 link module, a 3RV2011-0EA25 circuit-breaker, and an 8US1251-5DT11 busbar adapter — everything needed to snap onto a 60 mm busbar system and wire the motor branch. The control coil is 24 V DC, matching the standard industrial control voltage found in most PLC cabinets and safety circuits.
Trip Class 10 and overload protection — what it means for motor starting
The magnetic short-circuit trip handles the instantaneous fault; the electromechanical contactor breaks the load current. This two-stage protection (thermal + magnetic) is the standard approach for motor branch circuits per IEC 60947-4-1. The operating frequency is 50/60 Hz — no derating needed between the two.
Panel integration — busbar snap-on and wiring
Mounts vertically on 60 mm busbar systems via the supplied busbar adapter — the fastening method is snap-on, no tools needed for the mechanical attachment. The dimensions are 45 mm wide, 155 mm deep, and 260 mm tall, fitting a standard S00 feeder footprint. Both main current and auxiliary/control circuits use spring-loaded terminals — push-in for solid or ferruled stranded wire, no screw tightening. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 20 mm at the side, 10 mm downwards, 0 mm backwards. An auxiliary switch can be added (product extension auxiliary switch: Yes), allowing feedback to the PLC or safety relay for status monitoring.
Environmental limits and operating envelope
Operates in ambient temperatures from -20 to +60 °C with relative humidity 10 to 95% — suitable for most indoor industrial panels without climate control. Storage and transport range is -50 to +80 °C. Temperature compensation is built into the overload relay across the -20 to +60 °C range, so the trip curve stays accurate without manual adjustment.
No stock-holding claim is made; the part is procured per RFQ from the supply chain.
