What ships in the box — and what it replaces
The 3RA2115-0FH15-1FB4: This is a factory-assembled SIRIUS direct-on-line starter, size S00, that ships as a complete unit — the contactor, overload relay, circuit breaker, link module, and busbar adapter are all supplied and pre-coordinated. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2015-2FB41, the circuit breaker a 3RV2011-0FA25, the link module a 3RA2911-2AA00, and the busbar adapter an 8US1251-5DT11 — so this one order code replaces five separate line items on the BOM.
Rated for the panel — 120 W at 400 V, Class 10
The short-circuit release is magnetic, so the breaker portion clears a hard fault faster than the thermal element can respond — that's the coordination that keeps the contactor from welding on a bolted fault.
Snaps onto 60 mm busbars — vertical only
Fastens by snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — the mounting position is vertical, and the unit is designed specifically for 60 mm busbars, not DIN rail. Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 260 mm high, 155 mm deep — the width is the critical fit dimension for busbar spacing; the depth of 155 mm determines the enclosure depth needed. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 20 mm at the side — backwards clearance is zero, so the back of the unit can sit flush against the panel backplate.
Termination and environment
Both the main current circuit and the auxiliary/control circuit use spring-loaded terminals — no screw torque to verify, no thermal cycling loosening over time. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, with storage and transport range of -50 to +80 °C — the unit includes temperature compensation over the operating range, so the overload trip curve stays accurate. Rated for 50/60 Hz operation, with relative humidity tolerance of 10 to 95 % during operation — no derating needed for humid environments within that band.
Listed as current production — this is an active SIRIUS catalog item, not a legacy or discontinued part.
