Integrated protection — Class 10, thermal bimetallic, magnetic trip
The overload release is thermal bimetallic (ambient-compensated -20 to +60 °C), and the short-circuit trip is magnetic — the two-stage design handles both sustained overloads and hard faults from the same device. The supplied circuit-breaker (3RV2011-0GA15) and contactor (3RT2016-1BB42) are matched by the factory for coordination, so the starter clears a short-circuit without welding the contactor main poles.
Panel fit — DIN rail, screw terminals, clearance zones
Mounts on 35 mm DIN rail with a screw-and-snap-on fastening method, vertical position only — the 45 mm width (3 module spaces) and 97 mm depth fit standard distribution boards and motor control centres. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above, 20 mm below, 20 mm at the sides, 20 mm forward — no space needed behind the unit.
