Pre-assembled motor feeder, S00 frame
The 3RA2115-0GA16-2BB4-ZX95 is a SIRIUS direct-on-line starter combining a 3RT2016-1BB42 contactor, a 3RV2011-0GA15 circuit-breaker, and a 3RA1921-1DA00 link module in a single S00-size package. This is the factory-assembled feeder — not a field-build — so the coordination between the thermal bimetallic overload and the magnetic short-circuit trip is pre-validated.
Mounting and panel fit
Width 45 mm, height 167 mm, depth 97 mm — snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail or mounts with screws. The vertical mounting position is mandatory for the bimetallic overload to track ambient temperature correctly; horizontal mounting shifts the trip curve. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above, 20 mm below, 20 mm at the sides, 20 mm forward — no space needed behind the unit. The auxiliary switch slot is populated from the factory — no separate add-on module needed for basic signalling.
