Panel fit and mounting
The 3RA2115-0KE15-1FB4: This is a direct online starter from the SIRIUS family, size S00, combining a contactor, a thermal overload relay, and a circuit breaker in one unit for motor protection and switching. It mounts vertically on a 35 mm DIN rail with screw and snap-on fastening, taking up 45 mm of rail width — that's a single module slot, so it wires up clean in a crowded enclosure. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2015-2FB41, the link module is 3RA2911-2AA00, and the circuit breaker is a 3RV2011-0KA25 — all matched at the factory for coordination. You get a tested assembly, not a field-built stack.
Rated for motor duty
The overload release is thermal bimetallic, compensated for ambient temperature from -20 to +60 °C, so it won't nuisance-trip in a warm panel. The short-circuit trip is magnetic — the two work together for full motor protection.
Terminals and wiring
Main power circuit uses spring-loaded terminals — push the stripped wire in, no screw torque to check. Auxiliary and control circuits also use spring-loaded terminals, which speeds up panel wiring and keeps the connection consistent. The auxiliary switch extension is supported, so you can add feedback contacts without reworking the assembly. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, with humidity tolerance up to 95 % RH.
