SIRIUS S00 direct starter — 750 W at 400 V, Class 10 thermal protection
The 3RA2115-1BH15-1FB4: That power rating tells you it's sized for small three-phase motors — pumps, fans, conveyors — up to about 1 HP at 400 V line. This protects the motor during a stalled-rotor or locked-rotor event without nuisance tripping on normal starting inrush. It ships as a pre-assembled kit: the supplied contactor is 3RT2015-2FB41, the circuit-breaker is 3RV2011-1BA25, the link module is 3RA2911-2AA00, and the busbar adapter is 8US1251-5DT11. Everything needed for a coordinated motor feeder in one order code.
Snaps onto 60 mm busbar — spring-loaded terminals throughout
This starter is designed for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — the standard panel-building approach for SIRIUS S00 feeders. Mounting position is vertical only, with 50 mm clearance upward, 20 mm forward, 20 mm at the side, and 10 mm downward for airflow and wiring access. Both the main current circuit and the auxiliary/control circuit use spring-loaded terminals — no screw tightening, no torque check. This speeds panel wiring and holds reliably under vibration. The envelope is 45 mm wide × 260 mm high × 155 mm deep — a compact S00 footprint that fits standard 400 mm deep enclosures with room for the busbar behind.
