Panel fit and mounting
The 3RA2115-1CA16-2BB4: Its 45 mm width and 97 mm depth fit standard 45 mm-wide feeder slots; the 167 mm height leaves clearance for the supplied contactor and link module. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above, 20 mm in front, 10 mm below, and 20 mm at the side — no space needed behind the unit. This makes it straightforward to lay out in a crowded panel without forced air gaps.
AC-3 duty and trip class
Rated 2.5 A at AC-3 at 400 V, with a maximum AC-3 operating voltage of 690 V. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2016-1BB42, and the link module is a 3RA1921-1DA00 — both matched to the S00 frame. The coil is rated 24 V DC, so the control circuit must supply a clean 24 V rail.
