Motor protection and trip class
The 3RA2115-1CD15-1BB4: This SIRIUS non-fused motor starter is a direct starter in size S00, combining a contactor and a thermal bimetallic overload relay in one unit. At 400 V it is rated for 750 W (about 1 hp) motor output; at 230 V it delivers 0.17 hp. The thermal overload is field-adjustable to match the motor nameplate FLA.
Mounting on 60 mm busbar systems
The starter snaps directly onto 60 mm busbar systems — no separate DIN rail required. Mounting position is vertical, with 20 mm clearance needed above and 10 mm below; no clearance needed forward or backward. Side clearance is 9 mm.
Supplied components and wiring
The unit ships with the contactor (3RT2015-1BB41), the link module (3RA1921-1DA00), and the busbar adapter (8US1251-5DS10) included — no separate ordering for the mating parts. Coil voltage is 24 V (50/60 Hz), which is the standard control voltage in most industrial panels. The operating frequency range is 50 to 60 Hz.
