Panel fit and mounting
The 3RA2115-1GA16-2BB4-ZX95: This SIRIUS direct starter takes up 45 mm on the DIN rail — two standard 22.5 mm modules side by side. Depth is 97 mm, so it clears a 120 mm deep enclosure without the cover hitting the contact tips.
What comes in the box
The starter ships as a factory-assembled unit with the contactor 3RT2016-1BB42 and the link module 3RA1921-1DA00 already wired. Main circuit connections are screw-type terminals — torque them to the spec on the contactor label, not the enclosure drawing. The supplied link module carries the overload relay connections, so you don't need to bridge the contactor to the overload yourself.
