Supplied subassemblies and wiring capacity
This starter ships with a 3RT2023-1AK60 contactor, a 3RA2921-1AA00 link module, a 3RV2011-0GA10 circuit breaker, and an 8US1251-5NT10 busbar adapter — all factory-matched for the S0/S00 frame combination. Main contact wiring accepts 1 to 10 mm² stranded or 2x (2.5 to 6 mm²), with AWG equivalents of 2x (16 to 12) or 2x (14 to 8). The control coil is rated 88 to 121 V at 50 Hz and 96 to 132 V at 60 Hz, covering standard 110 V control circuits.
Envelope and clearance for panel layout
Dimensions are 155 mm depth, 45 mm width, and 260 mm height — the 45 mm width fits a standard 45 mm DIN-rail pitch, leaving room for adjacent feeders. Required clearances: 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, and 0 mm backwards — the zero backward clearance means it can sit flush against a backplane.
