Panel fit and mounting — S0 frame on 60 mm busbar
The 3RA2120-0HD23-0BB4: This SIRIUS non-fused motor starter occupies the S0 load feeder size, with a width of 45 mm, depth of 165 mm, and height of 260 mm. It snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems — no DIN rail adapter needed for the main power bus. Mounting position is vertical only. Clearance requirements: 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, and 0 mm backwards from the mounting surface.
Motor protection — thermal bimetal overload with magnetic short-circuit trip
The short-circuit release is magnetic, providing instantaneous trip on high fault currents. Rated power depends on line voltage: 180 W at 400 V, 250 W at 500 V, and 370 W at 690 V, all at 50/60 Hz. Maximum operating voltage in AC-3 duty is 690 V.
Coil and control — 24 V DC with supplied contactor
The magnet coil is rated 24 V DC with a holding power of 5.9 W. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2023-1BB40, and the link module is 3RA2921-1BA00 — these are pre-assembled and wired internally for a direct starter configuration. The product extension auxiliary switch is available (Yes), so you can add auxiliary contacts for status feedback or interlocking without modifying the main assembly.
Supplied components and wiring
This starter ships with the circuit breaker 3RV2011-0HA10 (size S00) and a busbar adapter 8US1251-5NT10 for the 60 mm system. Main contact wiring accepts stranded 1–10 mm² or 2×(2.5–6 mm²); AWG equivalents are 2×(16–12) or 2×(14–8).
