Kit contents and panel fit
The 3RA2120-4BA27-0FB4: This is a complete direct-on-line starter assembly — the supplied contactor is a 3RT2027-1FB40, paired with the link module 3RA2921-1BA00 and a Size S0 circuit-breaker. No holes in the box: the kit ships ready to wire into the load feeder. The envelope is 45 mm wide, 193 mm tall, 107 mm deep — fits a standard S0 slot in a SIRIUS feeder panel. Clearance required: 50 mm above, 20 mm below, 20 mm at the sides, 20 mm forward, zero backward.
Motor duty ratings and trip class
The AC-3e rating matches the same 20 A at 400 V — this is the motor-switching current for standard squirrel-cage motors. At 480 V and 600 V the current rating holds at 20 A. Horsepower equivalents: 7.5 hp at 220/230 V, 15 hp at 460/480 V, 3 hp at 230 V, 1.5 hp at 110/120 V. The 24 V control voltage is built into the assembly — no separate control transformer needed for that rail.
