SIRIUS direct starter, 22 A at 400 V AC-3
This is a Siemens SIRIUS 3RA2120-4CA27-0BB4 direct on-line starter — a pre-assembled motor starting combination that integrates a contactor and thermal overload relay in one Size S0 footprint. Vertical mounting position only, with 50 mm clearance above and 20 mm to the side for airflow and arc venting.
What's in the box — supplied contactor and link module
The starter ships with a 3RT2027-1BB40 contactor and a 3RA2921-1BA00 link module pre-assembled. That link module carries the overload relay and the mechanical interlock between the contactor and the breaker — no separate wiring needed between the contactor and overload for the power circuit. Depth is 107 mm, width 45 mm, height 193 mm. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above, 20 mm forward, 20 mm to the side, 10 mm below, zero backward.

Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, storage and transport -50 to +80 °C. The 24 V DC coil is common across the SIRIUS family — if you're standardizing on 24 V control voltage in the panel, this fits without a separate transformer tap.
