Active production — SIRIUS S0 direct starter
The 3RA2120-4CH27-0AP0: The assembly includes a supplied contactor (3RT2027-2AP00) and link module (3RA2921-2AA00), so it arrives as a single orderable line item for panel builders wiring motor feeders in the 7.5–11 kW range.
22 A AC-3 at 400 V — Class 10 overload protection
For a 400 V motor drawing 22 A full-load, that's about 11 kW output — the evidence lists 11 000 kW at 400 V, which is a data-entry error for the kW figure; the 22 A current is the reliable selection anchor. Spring-loaded terminals on the main current circuit speed wiring in production — no screw torque verification needed, and the cage clamp holds stranded or ferruled conductors without cold flow under vibration common in motor starter panels.
Snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems — vertical only
This starter is designed for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems, not DIN rail — the fastening method and product design both specify busbar mounting. Mounting position is vertical only, so plan the busbar layout accordingly; horizontal orientation is not supported. Dimensions: 45 mm wide, 165 mm deep, 260 mm tall. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 20 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 20 mm at the side. Backwards clearance is 0 mm — the unit can sit flush against a back panel or enclosure wall.
Temperature range and storage
Operating ambient: -20 to +60 °C. Storage and transport: -50 to +80 °C. Temperature compensation is active across the full operating range — no manual derating needed for the overload relay within those limits, though the contactor's rated current follows the standard IEC derating above 40 °C ambient.
