What this SIRIUS load feeder delivers
Rated for AC-3 duty up to 690 V, it delivers 22.2 A at 480 V and 21.9 A at 600 V, with motor power ratings of 11 kW at 400 V, 15 kW at 500 V, and 22 kW at 690 V. The CLASS 10 trip class means the overload relay will trip within 10 seconds at 7.2× the set current — standard protection for standard induction motor starts where the acceleration time stays under 10 seconds. This is a direct-starter assembly: the contactor and overload relay are integrated into one unit, so it switches the motor directly across the line without a soft-start or VFD.
Mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail via the screw and snap-on mechanism, occupying 45 mm of rail width with a height of 193.1 mm and depth of 97.1 mm. Clearance requirements: 30 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, 9 mm at the sides, and 0 mm backward — the back sits flush against the mounting surface. Main contact wiring accepts stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm², or two conductors of 2.5 to 6 mm² each.
