Active production, direct-on-line starter for 60 mm busbars
The 3RA2120-4ND27-0AP0: The unit ships with a 3RT2027-1AP00 contactor and a 3RA2921-1AA00 link module, both pre-assembled and wired for the main circuit. Main circuit connections use screw-type terminals.
AC-3 ratings and mounting constraints
At 480 V and 600 V, the starter is rated 27 A in AC-3 duty — the slight derating from the 28 A at 400 V reflects the higher voltage stress on the contactor. Maximum operating voltage is 690 V AC-3. Mounting position is vertical only, with 50 mm clearance required above and 20 mm forward. Side clearance is 20 mm; no clearance needed behind the unit. This is a tight-fit design for dense busbar layouts. Dimensions are 155 mm deep by 45 mm wide by 260 mm high — the narrow width allows multiple starters side-by-side on a 60 mm busbar system without exceeding the panel width budget.
The supplied contactor (3RT2027-1AP00) and link module (3RA2921-1AA00) are also active and widely available.
