SIRIUS 3RA2 non-fused motor starter
The Siemens 3RA2125-0JD23-0AP6 is a SIRIUS non-fused motor starter, a direct starter in size S0. It integrates a contactor, a thermal bimetallic overload relay, and a magnetic short-circuit trip into a single unit that snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems. Rated for 250 W at 400 V, 370 W at 500 V, and 550 W at 690 V, with a 0.5 hp rating at 575/600 V, this starter covers small motor loads across common industrial voltages. The control supply accepts 176...242 V at 50 Hz and 192...264 V at 60 Hz.
What comes in the box
This order code ships as a fully assembled unit that includes the contactor (3RT2023-1AP60), the link module (3RA2921-1AA00), the circuit-breaker (3RV2011-0JA15), and a busbar adapter (8US1251-5NT10). No separate sourcing of these sub-components is needed. Main contact wiring accepts 1...10 mm² stranded or 2x (2.5...6 mm²), with AWG equivalents of 2x (16...12) or 2x (14...8).
Panel fit and clearances
Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 260 mm high, and 155 mm deep. Mounting is vertical only. Clearance requirements: 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the sides, and 0 mm backwards — so the back can sit flush against the panel backplate.
