What the 11 kW rating means for your motor load
The 3RA2125-4DA27-0AP6: This SIRIUS non-fused motor starter is rated 11 000 W at 400 V AC-3, meaning it switches three-phase induction motors up to that shaft power under normal starting duty — the contactor inside (3RT2027-1AP60) and the thermal overload relay are coordinated for that load.
Mounting and panel clearances — S0 frame, DIN rail snap-on
Width is 45 mm, depth 97.1 mm, height 193.1 mm — the S0 size footprint fits standard load-feeder panels. Snap-mounted onto DIN rail or screw-mounted with the additional push-in lug supplied. Minimum clearances around the unit: 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, 0 mm backwards. The zero rear clearance means you can mount it flush against the back panel — useful in tight enclosures. Mounting position is vertical only — the thermal overload curve and contactor life assume upright orientation for proper heat dissipation.
Supplied components and wiring
The starter ships as a pre-assembled unit containing the 3RT2027-1AP60 contactor and the 3RA2921-1AA00 link module, matched to the S0 circuit-breaker size. No separate ordering of contactor and overload — one order code, one assembly. Main contact wiring accepts 1... 10 mm² stranded, or 2× (2.5... 6 mm²) — enough for the 11 kW motor circuit without splicing. Rated insulation voltage is 690 V with pollution degree 3 — suitable for industrial environments where conductive dust or humidity is present, as long as the panel maintains the specified clearance.
