Panel fit and space claim
The 3RA2130-4EA35-0AP0: This SIRIUS direct-on-line starter measures 55 mm wide by 274 mm tall by 150 mm deep — the width is the critical number for rail space in a crowded enclosure. Mounts via screw and snap-on to two 35 mm DIN rails, vertical or horizontal orientation. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2035-1AP00, and the link module is a 3RA2931-1AA00 — the whole assembly lands as one orderable unit, not a kit you piece together. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 32 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 10 mm at the side. That forward clearance matters when the panel door has a deep gland plate or a busbar trunk.
AC-3 motor duty and trip class
The 32 A figure governs the motor FLA it can handle, not the line breaker setting. Maximum AC-3 voltage is 690 V, so it covers 480 V and 600 V common-rail panels without derating the voltage side. At 480 V the rating holds at 32 A; at 230 V it's rated 5 hp.
Terminals and wiring
That's a plus if your shop standard is ring lugs and a torque driver. Operating temperature range -20 to +60 °C, storage -50 to +80 °C. The temperature compensation is baked into the overload curve across that same -20 to +60 °C band, so no manual derating table lookup for ambient shifts.
