SIRIUS S00 reversing starter — what's in the box
The 3RA2210-0CA15-2AP6: This is a fully assembled non-fused reversing motor starter from the SIRIUS family, size S00. It ships with the 3RT2015-1AP62 contactor, the 3RV2011-0CA10 circuit-breaker, and the 3RA1921-1DA00 link module already integrated — one order code, one assembly, no separate sourcing of sub-components. That's the standard protection for standard-duty squirrel-cage motors — not for high-inertia loads that need Class 20 or longer. Rated insulation voltage is 690 V, and the maximum AC-3 switching voltage is also 690 V, so it covers 400 V, 480 V, and 575 V motor feeders without derating. The operating frequency is 50-60 Hz, which is the global norm for industrial mains.
Panel fit — S00 frame dimensions and clearances
The starter measures 170 mm high, 90 mm wide, and 97.1 mm deep. That's the standard S00 footprint — it shares the same mounting hole pattern and DIN-rail clip as other S00 SIRIUS devices, so swapping in a different S00 starter or contactor doesn't require re-drilling the backplate. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the sides, and zero forwards or backwards. That 9 mm side gap is tight — adjacent devices with side-mounted aux blocks may need more. AWG equivalents are 2x (20-16) for the contactor, and 2x (18-14) or 2x 12 for the circuit-breaker side. The terminal design accepts ferruled stranded or solid conductors — no special crimp tool needed beyond standard ferrule dies.
Lifecycle and sourcing — current production, no cross-reference needed
Compliance: RoHS substance prohibition date is 03/01/2017, which covers the EU RoHS 2 (2011/65/EU) and the updated RoHS 3 (2015/863) scope. The starter carries the CE mark and is designed to IEC/EN 60947-4-1 for motor starters and IEC/EN 60947-2 for the integrated circuit-breaker.
