Reversing starter with integrated protection
The 3RA2210-0GD15-2AK6 is a non-fused reversing starter in the SIRIUS 3RA2 family, size S00. It combines a reversing contactor pair (supplied contactor 3RT2015-1AK62) with a thermal bimetallic overload relay (Trip Class 10) and a magnetic short-circuit trip in one unit — no separate overload relay or contactor wiring for direction reversal. Rated voltage is 690 V, with an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz, so it covers standard global line supplies without derating.
Panel fit and mounting
Mounts by snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — no DIN rail adapter needed. Dimensions are 155.1 mm deep, 90 mm wide, 200 mm high, with 20 mm clearance required above and 10 mm below. The vertical mounting position is specified; sideways or inverted mounting would affect the bimetallic trip curve. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, storage and transport -50 to +80 °C. Pollution degree 3 means it's rated for industrial environments with conductive pollution — no conformal coating required for typical panel conditions.
Protection and compliance
The magnetic short-circuit trip handles instantaneous fault clearing. Substance prohibitance date of 10/01/2009 confirms RoHS compliance. The unit ships with a link module (3RA1921-1DA00) and busbar adapter (8US1251-5DS10) for integration into the SIRIUS busbar system.
