S00 reversing starter for 60 mm busbar panels
The 3RA2210-0HD15-2AP0: It combines a supplied contactor (3RT2015-1AP02) and link module (3RA1921-1DA00) into a single reversing assembly for controlling motor direction in a compact footprint.
AC-3 duty and Class 10 protection
The rated power at 400 V is 180 kW, though the AC-3 current rating of 0.8 A is the binding constraint for motor sizing. Envelope dimensions are 155 mm deep, 90 mm wide, and 204 mm tall — the 90 mm width is the critical panel cut-out dimension when laying out multiple starters side by side on the busbar.
Mounting and integration on busbar systems
Fastening method is for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — the integrated clips engage the busbar profile without additional hardware. Mounting position is vertical only. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 32 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, and 10 mm at the side; zero clearance needed backwards. These gaps allow airflow for thermal dissipation and access to the screw-type terminals on the main current circuit. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C with temperature compensation active across the same band. Storage and transport range is -50 to +80 °C. The vertical-only mounting restriction means the busbar must be oriented so the starter sits upright — horizontal mounting will affect the trip curve and contactor life.
