Active production — what that means for your BOM line
The 3RA2210-0JH15-2BB4: For a motor drawing 1 A FLA at 400 V, this starter covers it cleanly.
Mounting and integration — busbar snap-on, no DIN rail
This reversing starter is designed specifically for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — not a standard DIN rail. The mounting position is vertical, and the clearance requirements are: 50 mm upwards, 32 mm forwards, 0 mm backwards, 10 mm downwards, and 10 mm at the side. If your panel layout uses 60 mm busbars, this snaps on without extra brackets. The main circuit termination uses spring-loaded terminals — no screw torque to verify, just push the stripped wire in. That saves time on a panel build and eliminates a common QC check point.
Thermal overload and trip class — Class 10, bimetallic
The overload release is thermal bimetallic, Class 10. If your load has a long ramp (high-inertia fan or conveyor), Class 10 might nuisance-trip; for most pump and compressor starts it's the right fit. The rated control supply voltage is 24 V DC — confirm your control transformer or power supply matches that before wiring. The operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C, with storage and transport range from -50 to +80 °C.
