Reversing starter — what it does that a contactor pair alone cannot
The 3RA2210-1CD15-2AP6: This is a factory-assembled reversing starter, not a field-built contactor pair with mechanical interlock. The supplied contactor 3RT2015-1AP62 and link module 3RA1921-1DA00 are matched at the factory — the interlock timing and the reversing logic are tested as a unit, which saves panel build time and eliminates wiring errors on a reversing circuit. Rated for AC-3 switching up to 690 V, with a thermal bimetallic overload release (Class 10) that protects the motor against sustained overcurrent without nuisance tripping on normal starting inrush.
Mounting and panel fit — busbar snap-on, not DIN rail
The fastening method is for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — not a standard DIN rail. This means the panel backplate must have the busbar profile, or you need an adapter. Mounting position is vertical only. Dimensions: 200 mm height, 90 mm width, 155.1 mm depth. Clearance: 20 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, zero forwards or backwards.
