S00 reversing starter for 60 mm busbar systems
The 3RA2210-1FS15-2BB4 is a SIRIUS reversing starter in size S00, combining a 3RT2015-2BB42 contactor, a thermal bimetallic overload relay, and a 3RA2911-2AA00 link module in one assembly that snaps directly onto 60 mm busbar systems.
Trip class and overload protection
The thermal bimetallic element is temperature-compensated across the -20 to +60 °C operating range, so the trip point stays stable whether the panel is in a conditioned room or a hot plant floor.
Mounting and panel fit
Snaps onto 60 mm busbar systems using the supplied 8US1251-5DS11 busbar adapter — no DIN rail required, which saves a rail and frees up space in a crowded panel. Dimensions are 155 mm deep, 90 mm wide, 212 mm tall, with 50 mm clearance needed above and 32 mm in front; zero clearance behind, 10 mm at the sides and 10 mm below. Mounting position is vertical only — horizontal mounting is not supported, so plan the busbar orientation accordingly.
Wiring and termination
Main current circuit uses spring-loaded terminals — no screw torque to verify, no thermal cycling loosening, and faster wiring on a line swap. Rated for 50/60 Hz supply; the coil voltage is 24 V AC/DC, which is common across most PLC output cards and control transformers.
Environmental and compliance
Operates from -20 to +60 °C; stores and transports from -50 to +80 °C — fine for unheated warehouses or truck shipments in winter. RoHS compliance date is October 1, 2009, so it meets the EU substance restrictions for current installations.
