The 3RA2215-1HD16-2AP6: This is a SIRIUS reversing starter, Size S00, designed for motor loads up to 690 V AC-3. The reversing configuration means two contactors interlocked mechanically and electrically, so the motor direction swaps without a separate reversing contactor pair.
Panel fit — dimensions and mounting that matter
Width is 90 mm, height 200 mm, depth 155.1 mm. That 90 mm width is the key panel-space number — it's the same footprint as the S00 contactor and breaker it integrates. Mounting is snap-on onto 60 mm busbar systems — no screws, no DIN rail adapter. The vertical mounting position is required for proper thermal performance. Clearance distances: 20 mm upwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side. Zero forwards or backwards clearance needed — the housing is self-contained.
What's in the box — supplied components
The reversing starter ships with the contactor 3RT2016-1AP62 and the link module 3RA1921-1DA00 already integrated. No separate ordering of interlock kits or busbars. That covers most motor feeder sizes up to the rating.
Environmental and pollution rating
Operates from -20 to +60 °C, stores from -50 to +80 °C, transports from -55 to +80 °C. The degree of pollution is 3 — conductive pollution or dry non-conductive pollution that becomes conductive due to condensation. That's typical for industrial control panels without climate control.
