Reversing starter, built and tested as a unit
The 3RA2220-0HD23-0AK6 is a SIRIUS non-fused reversing motor starter — a factory-assembled combination of a reversing contactor pair, a thermal bimetallic overload relay, and a magnetic short-circuit trip in one S0-size package. It ships with the contactor (3RT2023-1AK60), link module (3RA2921-1AA00), circuit-breaker (3RV2011-0HA10), busbar adapter (8US1251-5NT10), and RS assembly kit (3RA2923-1DB1) — everything needed to drop it onto a 60 mm busbar system and wire the power side.
Rated power and trip class — what they mean on the line
Rated 180 W at 400 V, 250 W at 500 V, and 370 W at 690 V in AC-3 duty — these are the motor output powers the starter can switch under full-load starting, not the contactor thermal current.
Snap-on busbar mounting and panel fit
Fastens by snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — no DIN rail required, which saves a rail and a row of terminals in a motor control center bucket. Dimensions are 90 mm wide, 155 mm deep, 260 mm tall, with 30 mm clearance upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, and 9 mm at the side — tight enough for a 4-high stack in a standard 400 mm deep enclosure. Mounts vertically only; ambient operating range is -20 to +60 °C, with storage from -50 to +80 °C.
