The Siemens 3RA2220-0KB23-0BB4 is a SIRIUS 3RA2 non-fused reversing motor starter — a factory-assembled combination of a reversing contactor pair, a thermal overload relay, and a circuit-breaker link module in one package, sized S0.
Snap-on DIN rail mounting with clear clearance zones
Snaps onto a 35 mm standard rail in vertical mounting position — the 265 mm height, 90 mm width, and 130 mm depth fit the S0 feeder footprint common in Siemens motor control centers. Clearance requirements: 30 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, 9 mm at the side, and 0 mm backward — plan the enclosure depth and gland plate layout accordingly.
Supplied as a complete assembly with key accessories
Ships with the 3RT2023-1BB40 contactor, 3RA2921-1BA00 link module, 3RA2922-1AA00 busbar adapter, and 3RA2923-1BB1 RH assembly kit — everything needed for a reversing starter except the main circuit protection. Main contact wiring accepts 1 to 10 mm² stranded or 2x (2.5 to 6 mm²), with AWG equivalents 2x (16 to 12) or 2x (14 to 8).
