The 3RA2220-1AB23-0AK6 is a non-fused reversing motor starter from the Siemens SIRIUS 3RA2 family, combining a contactor, thermal overload relay, and reversing link module in a single S0-size package.
Snap-on DIN rail mounting with clearance planning
Snaps onto a 35 mm standard DIN rail (EN 60715) and must be mounted vertically — the only orientation that guarantees the bimetallic overload tracks motor heating correctly. Dimensions are 90 mm wide, 120 mm deep, and 265 mm tall. Clearance requirements: 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, and 0 mm backwards — the back sits flush against the mounting plate. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2023-1AK60; the link module (3RA2921-1AA00) and busbar adapter (3RA2922-1AA00) are included, so the reversing pair arrives pre-assembled — no loose hardware to track.
