Reversing starter for motor-direction control
The 3RA2220-1KB24-0BB4 is a SIRIUS reversing starter — a pre-assembled unit that combines two contactors and an overload relay in one S0-size package, so a single DIN-rail mount handles forward/reverse motor control without wiring up separate contactors. The 24 V DC coil matches standard PLC-level control voltages, and the screw-type terminals accept field wiring without crimp tooling.
DIN-rail footprint and panel fit
Mounts vertically on a 35 mm DIN rail via the included adapter — screw or snap-on — with a 130 mm depth, 90 mm width, and 265 mm height envelope that fits standard 600 mm deep enclosures with room for gland plates. Clearance requirements are 50 mm above, 32 mm in front, 10 mm at the sides, and 10 mm below — no space needed behind the rail, so back-to-back mounting on adjacent rails is possible. Operating ambient range -20 to +60 °C covers most plant-floor environments without derating for standard motor loads.
