Reversing starter for busbar-mount panels
The 3RA2220-4DD27-0AP0 is a SIRIUS reversing starter in size S0 — a single assembly that swaps motor direction without external contactor interlocking. It ships with the 3RT2027-1AP00 contactor and 3RA2921-1AA00 link module already matched, so the reversing interlock is built in at the factory. The Class 10 trip characteristic means it handles motor starts that clear within 10 seconds at locked-rotor current — standard for most general-purpose induction motors driving pumps, fans, and conveyors.
Snaps onto 60 mm busbars, vertical only
Mounting is by snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems in a vertical position — no DIN rail, no adapter plate. The 90 mm width and 155 mm depth mean it sits fairly slim on the busbars, though at 260 mm tall it needs clearance above and below for cable entry and the reversing contactor arc chutes. Clearance requirements: 50 mm upwards, 32 mm forwards, 10 mm sideways, and 10 mm downwards. The backwards clearance is zero — it can sit flush against the back panel or enclosure wall.
