Panel fit and wiring constraints
Size S0 load feeder — 130 mm deep, 90 mm wide, 269 mm tall — mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail via an adapter, or screws directly to a backplate. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above, 32 mm in front, 10 mm at the sides and below, zero behind — plan the enclosure layout so the spring-loaded terminals are accessible for wiring. Spring-loaded terminals on both the main current circuit and the auxiliary/control circuit — no screw torque to verify, but the wire must be stripped to the correct length and fully inserted until the cage clicks.
Supplied components and integration
The reversing starter ships as a pre-assembled unit: the contactor is a 3RT2027-2BB40, the circuit breaker is a 3RV2021-4NA20, and the link module is 3RA2921-2AA00 — all S0 size, so the mechanical and electrical interlock is factory-set. An auxiliary switch extension is available (product extension auxiliary switch: Yes) — order the RH assembly kit 3RA2923-1BB2 if you need a spare or a different contact block configuration.
