The 3RA2220-4NH27-0AP0 is a factory-assembled reversing starter on a Size S0 feeder. It includes a 3RT2027-2AP00 contactor, a 3RV2021-4NA20 circuit-breaker, a 3RA2921-2AA00 link module, a 8US1251-5NT11 busbar adapter, and a 8US1250-5AT10 RS assembly kit. The overload release is thermal bimetallic with a magnetic short-circuit trip.
Mounting on 60 mm busbars — panel fit
Designed specifically for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems. The mounting position is vertical only. Overall dimensions are 260 mm height, 90 mm width, 165 mm depth — the depth is the key clearance dimension behind the panel door. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above, 32 mm in front, 10 mm below, 10 mm at the sides, and zero behind the unit. The main circuit wiring uses spring-loaded terminals — no screw torquing needed, which speeds panel assembly.
Ratings and operating conditions
Frequency range is 50 to 60 Hz. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C with temperature compensation built into the overload relay. Storage and transport temperature range is -50 to +80 °C. The unit is not PROFIsafe or PROFINET IO capable — it is a conventional electromechanical reversing starter with no fieldbus interface.
