Reversing starter built for busbar panels
The 3RA2225-1AD23-0AP6 is a SIRIUS non-fused reversing motor starter — size S0 load feeder, designed for snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems without additional mounting hardware. It ships as a complete assembly: a 3RT2023-1AP60 contactor, a 3RA2921-1AA00 link module, and an 8US1251-5NT10 busbar adapter. The thermal bimetallic overload release is set to CLASS 10 trip curve — standard for motor protection on general-purpose pumps, fans, and conveyors where the start-up transient clears within 10 seconds at locked-rotor current. Rated 550 W at 400 V and 1.6 A at 480 V, with a maximum AC-3 switching voltage of 690 V. The 50 Hz coil range is 176...242 V; 60 Hz range is 192...264 V — covers most global low-voltage motor control panels without a separate control transformer.

Dimensions are 155 mm deep, 90 mm wide, 260 mm tall — the S0 frame keeps the footprint compact for multi-starter panels. Mounting position is vertical only; clearance requirements are 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the side, and 0 mm backwards. Main contact wire range accepts 1...10 mm² stranded, or 2x (2.5...6 mm²) — enough for the rated current without oversized lugs. Degree of pollution 3 means it's rated for industrial environments with conductive dust or occasional condensation.
