Reversing starter, S0 frame, Class 10 thermal trip
The 3RA2225-1GB24-0AP6 is a SIRIUS non-fused reversing motor starter — two contactors interlocked with a thermal bimetallic overload relay in one assembly, sized S0. It ships with the contactor 3RT2024-1AP60, the link module 3RA2921-1AA00, and an S00 circuit-breaker already integrated. Class 10 trip class means the overload relay will open the circuit within 10 seconds at a 7.2× current overload — fast enough to protect standard squirrel-cage motors on conveyors and pumps without nuisance tripping on startup inrush. The AC-3 switching maximum is 690 V.
Snap-on DIN rail, vertical only, clearance numbers
Snap-on fastening on 35 mm DIN rail, vertical mounting position only. The enclosure needs 90 mm width, 265 mm height, and 120 mm depth on the rail. Clearance around the unit: 30 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 9 mm at the sides, 0 mm backwards. That 0 mm backwards means it can sit flush against a back panel or gland plate — handy in a crowded enclosure.
Active production, sourced per BOM quantity
Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C; storage range -50 to +80 °C; transport range -55 to +80 °C. Pollution degree 3 (conductive pollution, typical in industrial control panels). Substance prohibitance date of 03/01/2017 — compliant with RoHS and REACH substance restrictions as of that date.
