Mounting and panel fit — snaps onto 60 mm busbar
Fastens by snapping onto 60 mm busbar systems — no DIN rail adapter needed. Mounting position is vertical only. Dimensions are 260 mm high, 90 mm wide, 155 mm deep, with 30 mm clearance upward and 10 mm forward/downward for wiring and heat dissipation. The supplied contactor is a 3RT2027-1AP60; the link module is 3RA2921-1AA00. Main conductor cross-section is 1–10 mm² stranded, or 2x 2.5–6 mm². This is a reversing starter, so it has two contactors interlocked for direction change.
Control voltage and environmental limits
The coil accepts 176–242 V at 50 Hz and 192–264 V at 60 Hz — covers common 230 V control circuits. Rated insulation voltage is 690 V. Operating temperature range is -20 to +60 °C; storage is -50 to +80 °C. Degree of pollution 3 means it's rated for conductive pollution in industrial environments — no additional conformal coating needed for typical panel conditions. RoHS compliance date is March 1, 2017.
