The Siemens SIRIUS 3RA2316-8XB30-1BB4 is a reversing contactor assembly, size S00, built around two 3RT2016-1BB42 contactors. It's wired for a 24 VDC coil and delivers 4 kW at 400 V in AC-3 duty — that's the motor-switching rating, so it handles a 4 kW three-phase motor at that voltage without derating. At 480 V it's rated 7.6 A, and at 600 V it's 9 A. The AC-3 maximum operating voltage is 690 V.
Mounting and Terminations
Clearance around the unit: 6 mm upwards, forwards, downwards, and to the side; 0 mm backwards. The main current circuit and magnet coil both use screw-type terminals — solid wire accepted: 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm².
