The 3RA2316-8XB37-1CP0 is a Siemens SIRIUS reversing contactor assembly — two contactors mechanically interlocked in a single housing, size S00, so you get forward/reverse switching without wiring up two separate contactors and a separate interlock. Three poles per direction of rotation, with six instantaneous auxiliary contacts available for feedback or interlocking to the PLC.
