It comes pre-loaded with two 3RT2025-1BB40 contactors, mechanically and electrically interlocked for direction reversal of three-phase motors up to 7.5 kW at 400 V AC-3 duty. The 24 VDC coil is standard, and all main and coil connections use screw-type terminals. Rated for AC-3 and AC-3e switching up to 690 V maximum, this assembly handles motor loads across common global voltages: 7.5 kW at 400 V and 500 V, 11 kW at 690 V, 14 A at 480 V, and 17 A at 600 V. Horsepower equivalents are 5 hp at 230 V, 10 hp at 460/480 V, and 15 hp at 575/600 V.
The S0 footprint measures 90 mm wide, 101 mm tall, and 107 mm deep — a compact envelope for reversing duty. Clearance requirements are 6 mm upward, forward, and to the sides, with zero clearance needed backward. Wire termination for the main circuit accepts solid conductors: 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²) and 2x (2.5 to 10 mm²). Coil and auxiliary wiring uses screw terminals for 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) solid or stranded, and 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²).
Shock resistance is 11.8 g / 5 ms and 7.4 g / 10 ms for AC, and 15 g / 5 ms and 10 g / 10 ms for DC. Maximum switching frequency under AC-3 or AC-3e load is 1,000 operations per hour.
