The 3RA2325-8XB30-2AK6 is a SIRIUS reversing contactor assembly — two mechanically interlocked 3RT2025-2AK60 contactors in one package, one per direction of rotation, so forward and reverse are never energised simultaneously.
Termination and wiring — spring terminals front to back
Main circuit connections use spring-loaded terminals; the magnet coil also lands on spring-type terminals — no screw torque to verify, just push the ferrule in and go.
Duty ratings and mechanical endurance
AC-4 rating at 400 V is also 7.5 kW — the same as AC-3 here, so plugging or inching duty at rated power is within the contactor's capability, not derated. Mechanical life is 10,000,000 operations typical per contactor — the interlock mechanism shares that life; expect the assembly to outlast most machine rebuild cycles. Shock resistance is specified at 11.8 g / 5 ms and 7.4 g / 10 ms on AC, 15 g / 5 ms and 10 g / 10 ms on DC — suitable for panel mounting on a machine frame subject to vibration.
