Motor ratings that govern the real load

At 690 V it still carries 11 kW, so it's not derated by voltage alone — the current limit is the constraint. For AC-4 duty (plugging / inching) at 400 V, the rating drops to 7.5 kW. If your application involves frequent reversing under load, size against the AC-4 figure, not the AC-3 one.
