Motor power ratings that decide the fit
The 3RA2327-8XE30-1BB4: The AC-4 rating at 400 V is 11 kW — this is the plugging/inching duty ceiling, not the continuous motor-starting figure. For a 15 kW pump or conveyor at 400 V, this assembly covers the starting current without oversizing.
Mounting and wiring — panel integration
Screw and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm standard DIN rail. Clearance: 6 mm upwards, forwards, downwards, and to the side; 0 mm backwards (the rail takes the rear gap). All terminals are screw-type; no special crimp tool needed for the control wiring.
Supplied components and compliance
The assembly ships with two contactors: 3RT2027-1BB40-0CC0 and 3RT2027-1BB40, plus the RS assembly kit 3RA2923-2AA1. One reversing contactor per direction of rotation — two instantaneous auxiliary contacts are included. Operating temperature range -25 to +60 °C; storage -55 to +80 °C. Shock resistance: 13.5g / 5 ms and 8.3g / 10 ms AC, 15g / 5 ms and 10g / 10 ms DC.
