The 3RA2328-8XB30-1AC2 is a Siemens SIRIUS reversing contactor assembly that integrates two 3RT2028-1AC20 contactors in a single Size S0 housing, pre-wired for direction reversal of three-phase motors up to 18.5 kW at 400 V.
Mounting flexibility and panel fit
Clearance requirements are minimal: 6 mm upwards, forwards, downwards, and sideways, with 0 mm backwards — so the assembly can be placed flush against the back panel, saving depth in shallow enclosures.
Environmental and mechanical endurance
Rated for operation from -25 °C to +60 °C and storage from -55 °C to +80 °C, covering most indoor industrial environments and unheated warehouses. Shock resistance is specified at 13.5 g / 5 ms for AC operation and 15 g / 5 ms for DC, with a mechanical life of 10 million operating cycles typical — the assembly is built for high-cycle reversing applications like conveyor shuttles or hoist direction changes.
