The Siemens SIRIUS 3RA2338-8XB30-1AP6 is a factory-assembled reversing contactor pair — two 3RT2038-1AP60 contactors mechanically interlocked on a common baseplate, so you get the reversing function without wiring the interlock yourself. In AC-4 duty (plugging, inching) it's rated 30 kW at 400 V — the more severe switching condition that governs real reversing life.
Mounting and wiring that saves panel time
Main circuit terminals accept 2x (1…35 mm²) solid or 1x (1…50 mm²) — enough for the full current range without a lug adapter. Dimensions: 141 mm high, 120 mm wide, 130 mm deep — the S2 frame size fits standard panel layouts with 10 mm clearance needed above, below, and to the sides (0 mm rear clearance).
